Brothers, Daedalus And Elphinstone Itinerary (BDE)

The Brother Islands, the tops of two undersea mountains rising from the depth, can be explored while diving the Red Sea about 50 nautical miles off-shore, near the town of Quseir.

The Aida II, an Egyptian supply vessel and the Numidia, a cargo ship, lie on the walls of the Big Brother and can be explored on this Red Sea diving safari.

Daedalus Reef is a big oval reef with a lighthouse and its perimeter of walls offers some of the most stunning diving in the Red Sea.

The thresher shark, an oceanic species, as well as the magnificent Whale shark, occasionally spotted close to the reef.

Last but not least, this diving safari finishes with Elphinstone, a truly legendary Red Sea diving reef where you can expect the unexpected.

• Travel to the Brothers overnight.

• Three dives at the Big Brother.

• Day 4
• Three dives at Daedalus.
• Sailing to Small Brother overnight.

• Three dives at the Small Brother.

Daedalus, Rocky And Zabargad Itinerary (DRZ)

The shear walls of Elphinstone Reef plunge steeply into the blue richly decorated with soft and fan corals. Rocky and Zabargad Islands lie close together to the south-east of Ras Banas. Rockys shear walls are covered in a stunning forests of soft and fan corals. Daedalus Reef, also called Abu El Kizan, is the most off-shore of all the reefs in the Egyptian Red Sea. Zabargad Island, amazing in its spectacular beauty, was used as a precious stone mine in ancient times.

• First night spent onboard in the harbour of Port Ghaleb.
• Day 2
• Departure around 8-9 am.
• Two check dives near Marsa Alam coast. Third dive or possible night dive in the area.
• Sailing to Daedalus Island overnight
• Day 3
• Three dives at Daedalus.
• Sailing to Zabargad islands overnight.
• Note: night dives are prohibited at all MP islands.
• Day 4
• Two dives at Rocky and Zabargad islands.
• Sailing to St. John and possible night dive.

• Two dives at St. John reefs.

North And Brothers Itinerary (North And Brothers)

The walls of the Brothers combined with the fantastic wrecks of the North of the Red Sea.

• Day 1
• Arrival, check in, dinner onboard. First night spent in the New Marina Hurghada.
• Day 2
• Departure around 8-10 am. Check dive at Shaab El Erg, then 2nd and night dive in Gubal Island
• (depending on weather's conditions).
• Day 3
• 2 dives on Thistlegorm, afterwards Dunraven, night dive at Ras Mohamed.
• Day 4
• 1 dive at Ras Mohamed, maybe diving at Abu Nuhas, sailing to Brothers.
• Day 5
• 3 dives at the Brothers, sailing to Safaga.
• (Please note that night dives are prohibited at all Marine park islands!)
• Day 6
• Diving at Salem Express and Panorama Reef. Sailing to Hurghada area.
• Possible night dive in Hurghada area.
• Day 7
• Last 2 dives in Hurghada area.
• Last night spent in the New Marina Hurghada or in a hotel (depending on the boat's schedule).

Rocky, Zabargad, St. John's Itinerary (RZS)

As the most southerly of Egypts Red Sea dive destinations, not many divers make it to St. Johns, Zabargad and Rocky Island. Those who do, often iterate their belief that this is the best diving in the Red Sea. With abundant marine life, uncrowded dive sites and crystal clear visibility, its easy to understand why.

St. Johns is a healthy reef system lying 25 miles (40 kilometers) southwest of Rocky Island and just east of Elba National Park. Habili Ali and Habili Gafaar are two reef dives known for their abundant soft corals and black corals as well as their schooling pelagic fish species.

• Arrival and check in. First night spent onboard in the Marina Port Ghalib
• Day 2
• Departure around 8 am, check dive at Marsa Alam, then 2nd dive after sail to Rocky island
• Day 3
• 2 dives at Rocky, 3rd at Zabargad then 2 hours sail to St. Johns, night dive.
• Day 4
• 3 dives around St. Johns then sail to fury shoals for night dive.
• Day 5
• 3 - 4 dives around Fury Shoals then sail to Elphinstone after dinner.
• Day 6
• 2 to 3 dives at Elphinstone then night dive at Abu Dabbab
• Day 7
• 2 Local dives, Ras Shona. Marsa Mubarak then back to port

North & Wrecks Itinerary (North And Wrecks)

The North safari is a perfect combination of wreck diving and reef diving. You will get to visit the most impressive wrecks in the Northern Red Sea, as well as to experience impressive reef diving. This cruise is suitable to everyone, including snorkelers.

• Departure around 8-10 am, 2 check dives near Hurghada: Shaab el Erg/ Dolphin Reef, possible night dive in Abu Nuhas

• 2-3 dives in Ras Mohamed/ Shark Reef, Yolanda, possible night dive at the Thistelgorm wreck

St. Johns Itinerary (St. Johns)

St John's is a cluster of small reefs offering some of the most spectacular underwater wildlife vistas in the Red Sea. Habili Ali reef offers giant gorgonians and black corals. The Grey Reef houses silvertip sharks and Hammerhead sharks - at its west side. Habili Gafaar is a mass of soft corals crowded with snappers, butterfly fish and barracudas. To the north, you'll find the St John's cave, an area where shallow cracks open up into small caverns.

• Day 2
• departure around 8 am, 2 check dives near Marsa Alam coast sailing to St. John reef over night
• Day 3-5
• Diving at St. John: around 2 days with 4 dives/day, including night dive/s. Possible dive sites: Small and Big Gota, Habilli Ali, Dangerous Reef, St. Johns Caves, Um Orouk, Habili Gaffar Sailing to Fury Shoal overnight

Fury Shoals Itinerary (Fury Shoals)

The Fury Shoals make up several reefs along the Southwest Red Sea coast, offering amazing scuba diving opportunities with some of the most pristine reefs in Egypt. The hard and soft coral are unspoiled and are a highlight of many dive sites such as the Fury Shoal Garden.

• Day 1
• Arrival and check in. First night spent onboard in the Marina Port Ghalib
• Day 2
• Departure around 8-9 am, 2 check dives near Marsa Alam coast , 3rd dive or possible night dive, sailing to the Fury Shoal reefs overnight
• Day 3-5
• Spending at the Furys: 3-4 dives/day, incl. 1 possible night dive. Possible dive sites: Malahi, Shaab Claudio, Shaab Maksur, Sataya/Dolphin Reef, Small + Big Abu Galawa
• Day 6
• Sailing back to Port Ghalib. Maybe 2 dives in Elphinstone or in Marsa Alam area (depending on the weather)

This itinerary offers you to go deep in the Gulf of Aqaba, diving the famous blue hole and the canyon, passing by the magical dive site Gabr El Bent.

• Departure around 8 am, check dive near Hurghada, cross to Sinai, 2nd & night dive at shaab Mahmoud (Dunraven)
• Day 3
• 1 dive at Ras Mohamed, then sail to Tiran, 2nd & 3rd dive at Tiran reefs, night dive at Gabr el Bint (Dahab).
• Day 4
• 1st dive at Blue Hole, 2nd Canyon, 3rd Gabr el Bint (DAHAB), night dive at Gordon (Tiran)
• Day 5
• 1st Dive at Thomas reef (Tiran), 2nd Anemone city (Ras Mohamed), 3rd & Night at Thistlgorm.

Brothers And Daedalus are the place to get the chance of seeing the big stuff.

Fury Shoals is in southern Egyptian part of the Red Sea and a Mecca for dolphins. Here are tons of beautiful reefs with thousands of colorful fishes.

• Day 1
• Arrival and check in, dinner and first night onboard in the marina
• Day 2
• Departure in the morning, 2 dives in Marsa Alam area. 1-night dive. Travel to the Brothers overnight. (4 hours)
• Day 3
• 3 dives at the Brothers islands, then sail to Daedalus reef
• Day 4
• 3 dives at Daedalus, sail to Fury Shoals (4 hours) for night dive
• Day 5
• 4 dives at Fury Shoals, then sail up to Elphinstone (9 hours)
• Day 6
• 2-3 dives in Elphinstone, possible night dive near the coast of Marsa Alam
• Day 7
• 2 dives in Marsa Alam area Return to port and spending the last night onboard

Abu Fandira / St. John's Itinerary (Abu Fandira)

St. John's and Abu Fandira is a place where there are hardly any liveaboards or hoards of divers in sight. The 6km-long line of reefs lie south of St. John's in an east-west direction. The various topography of the 6 long reefs offer wonderful views onto brilliant coral blocks at about 15-20m. Beside the reef sharks that cruise in the area, you will also find large schools of fish and many species of crustaceans. Gorgeous Napoleon fish and the rare humphead parrot fish are residents here in large numbers.
