Trip Overview

Aboard the Samara II, guests embark on a relaxed journey through Komodo’s stunning seascapes and island vistas. The voyage often features scenic cruising among volcanic islets, sunrise hikes on Padar Island, and guided walks on Komodo or Rinca to observe the legendary Komodo dragons. Guests can snorkel in clear turquoise waters, unwind on pink-sand beaches, and enjoy the sight of flying foxes gliding above Kalong Island at dusk. Please note that Samara II is a leisure-focused vessel and does not offer diving activities.

The Samara II offers four luxurious cabins named Bali, Flores, Sulawesi, and Rote, each designed for comfort and privacy. All cabins feature a queen-size bed with a single bunk bed, air conditioning, and come equipped with towels and linens, making them ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

Food & Drinks

Aboard the Samara II, guests enjoy a blend of Indonesian and Western cuisine served either family-style or à la carte, with three meals per day, snacks, hot beverages, soft drinks, and drinking water included. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice, and while local and imported alcoholic beverages are available onboard, guests may also bring their own liquor for a corkage fee.
